Welcome to LUCCHE. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store.

By placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

This website is operated by LUCCHE. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LUCCHE.

By accessing our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent to place an order.

3. Products

All LUCCHE jewellery:

  • Is made from solid gold (9ct / 10k / 14k / 18k) or sterling silver 925

  • Is not gold-plated unless explicitly stated

  • May contain natural variations in finish due to handcrafted processes

Because many items are personalized or made-to-order, slight variations may occur.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in EUR, GBP, or USD depending on your selected market.

  • EU prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • US prices do not include state sales tax (if applicable).

We accept secure payments via:

  • Shopify Payments

  • Credit / Debit Cards

  • PayPal

  • Klarna (where available)

  • Bank transfer (if offered)

We reserve the right to cancel unpaid orders after 5 business days.

5. Order Acceptance

A contract is formed only after:

  1. You complete checkout

  2. Payment is successfully received

  3. You receive an order confirmation email

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

  • The product is unavailable

  • There is a pricing error

  • Fraud is suspected

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal services

  • Customs clearance

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Force majeure events

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Customs duties and import taxes (outside the EU) are the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Important Exception

The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:

  • Personalized jewellery

  • Custom engraved items

  • Made-to-order products

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Undamaged

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. US Customers – Returns

For US customers, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery unless the item is personalized.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

9. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide photos

  3. We will provide a replacement or refund

Return shipping for defective items is covered by LUCCHE.

10. Product Care & Liability

Gold and silver jewellery are delicate items.

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by improper use

  • Exposure to chemicals

  • Mechanical damage

  • Normal wear and tear

It is the customer’s responsibility to follow proper jewellery care instructions.

11. Personal Data & Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable US privacy laws.

Customer data is used only to:

  • Process orders

  • Provide customer support

  • Improve our services

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including product designs, images, logos, and text, are the property of LUCCHE and may not be used without written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LUCCHE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

14. Governing Law

For EU customers:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania and applicable EU regulations.

For US customers:
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to international e-commerce transactions.

Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation.

Since you sell:

  • Personalized gold pendants

  • Engraved discs

  • Custom initials

You should clearly display:

“Personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.”

This protects you from Amazon/Etsy-style return abuse on engraved gold.
